Tengku Faisal TENGKU AMIR

14 years’ domestic and international experience in upstream and downstream oil and gas businesses. Prior to joining MCSB, he held various positions at Petronas Carigali and Progress Energy Canada Ltd. This includes involvement in upstream operations and business development, which enable the appreciation of both technical and commercial ends. Joined MCSB in 2018 in the Offshore and Business Development Division but now is the Executive Director of the Group reporting directly to the Board. He holds a Master in Business Administration in Shipping & Logistics from Middlesex University, London and also a summa cum laude in Geology from Texas A&M University, Houston.

He is also appointed as the Honorary Treasurer Executive Committee of Malaysia OSV Owners' Assocation (MOSVA).

FADIAH MAHIDIN 

Ms Fadiah is an experienced finance professional with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). She began her career as an external auditor, where she developed further her expertise in financial compliance and auditing standards. In 2006, she joined Gagasan Carriers Sdn. Bhd., where she was responsible for managing full sets of accounts inclusive of taxation, corporate secretariat and regulatory compliance over an 11-year tenure until she left the company in 2017.

In 2018, she joined Marine Creation Sdn. Bhd., since then she oversees the company’s financial operations, reporting, and strategic fiscal planning. In 2025, she has been promoted to Senior Manager cum Chief Financial Officer taking management and leadership position and play key role in financial and strategic directions of the Company. Her extensive experience and leadership have been pivotal in ensuring the company’s financial stability and growth.

MOHD SYARIL EZHAR OTHMAN

Mr. Syaril Ezhar joined the company in February 2019, leading the offshore and business development segments. He worked his way up having worked with various of companies including Tanjung Offshore Berhad, ICON Offshore Berhad, eventually moving into an Offshore Commercial Manager position in 2014.

He was appointed as a Senior Manager of the Company in 2020. With over 12 years’ experience in marine & offshore businesses domestically and internationally. He is overseeing the commercial and operations of the OSV businesses and other offshore-related businesses. Graduated from International Islamic University College in Management Accounting.

MANAGER, TANKER CHARTERING

She is an experienced shipping professional with over 15 years of industry experience in tanker operations, chartering, and commercial management. She began her career with Gagasan Carriers Sdn. Bhd. (2009–2011) before moving into chartering and operations roles, where she has since gained extensive hands-on experience managing chemical tankers and liquid bulk cargoes, including methanol, MTBE, palm oil, and other petroleum products.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). In addition, she holds a Diploma in Bank Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), which strengthens her commercial, financial, and operational expertise.
