Tengku Faisal TENGKU AMIR

14 years’ domestic and international experience in upstream and downstream oil and gas businesses. Prior to joining MCSB, he held various positions at Petronas Carigali and Progress Energy Canada Ltd. This includes involvement in upstream operations and business development, which enable the appreciation of both technical and commercial ends. Joined MCSB in 2018 in the Offshore and Business Development Division but now is the Executive Director of the Group reporting directly to the Board. He holds a Master in Business Administration in Shipping & Logistics from Middlesex University, London and also a summa cum laude in Geology from Texas A&M University, Houston.

He is also appointed as the Honorary Treasurer Executive Committee of Malaysia OSV Owners' Assocation (MOSVA).

Ahmad Taufik Bin Abd Rashid is the Chief Financial Officer of Marine Creation Sdn. Bhd., bringing over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, funding, corporate restructuring, and financial management across the construction, oil & gas, engineering, telecommunications and automotive industries.

He has extensive expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, taxation, audit, corporate governance, and securing funding to support sustainable business growth. MANAGER, OFFSHORE

Khairul Azarina Abdul Aziz 

With over 15 years of experience in the oil & gas and marine industry, she began her career with Tanjung Offshore Services, where she gained valuable exposure and built her foundation in the oil & gas sector. She later joined Time Marine Services, where she further developed her expertise in the offshore support vessel (OSV) segment, gaining hands-on experience in marine operations, vessel chartering, commercial management, and contract management within the offshore marine industry. She subsequently joined Avangaad Berhad, where she broadened her experience across various marine segments, including tankers, tugboats, and Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) operations. She holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

Her experience spans business development, vessel chartering, commercial negotiations, contract management, and offshore marine operations, with a strong focus on delivering commercial value, managing contractual risks, optimising vessel utilisation, and building long-term client relationships within the oil & gas and marine industry.

MANAGER, TANKER CHARTERING

She is an experienced shipping professional with over 15 years of industry experience in tanker operations, chartering, and commercial management. She began her career with Gagasan Carriers Sdn. Bhd. (2009–2011) before moving into chartering and operations roles, where she has since gained extensive hands-on experience managing chemical tankers and liquid bulk cargoes, including methanol, MTBE, palm oil, and other petroleum products.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). In addition, she holds a Diploma in Bank Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), which strengthens her commercial, financial, and operational expertise.
