Tengku Faisal TENGKU AMIR

13 years’ domestic and international experience in upstream and downstream oil and gas businesses. Prior to joining MCSB, he held various positions at Petronas Carigali and Progress Energy Canada Ltd. This includes involvement in upstream operations and business development, which enable the appreciation of both technical and commercial ends. Joined MCSB in 2018 in the Offshore and Business Development Division but now is the Executive Director of the Group reporting directly to the Board. He holds a Master in Business Administration in Shipping & Logistics from Middlesex University, London and also a summa cum laude in Geology from Texas A&M University, Houston.

He is also appointed as the Honorary Treasurer Executive Committee of Malaysia OSV Owners' Assocation (MOSVA).

He has a wide range of experience in private equity investment, a PLC Boardroom member and an entrepreneur. In 2001, he was affiliated with BIMB Venture Capital Sdn. Bhd. and later worked at the Private Equity Division of Malaysia's Employees Provident Fund and CMS Opus Private Equity Sdn. Bhd.

He earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree with Honours in Accounting and Finance from the London School and Political Science (LSE).

MOHD SYARIL EZHAR OTHMAN

Mr. Syaril Ezhar joined the company in February 2019, leading the offshore and business development segments. He worked his way up having worked with various of companies including Tanjung Offshore Berhad, ICON Offshore Berhad, eventually moving into an Offshore Commercial Manager position in 2014.

He was appointed as a Senior Manager of the Company in 2020. With over 11 years’ experience in marine & offshore businesses domestically and internationally. He is overseeing the commercial and operations of the OSV businesses and other offshore-related businesses. Graduated from International Islamic University College in Management Accounting.
