FIRE PREVENTION TALK 

On 11 June 2026, the Company conducted a Fire Prevention Talk & Staff Health Insurance Briefing as part of its commitment to promoting workplace safety and employee well-being. The fire safety session was delivered by Cik Nurnabila Huda binti Khairudin from the Persatuan Pencegahan Kebakaran Malaysia, covering fire prevention, emergency response, and workplace fire safety awareness.

The program also included a fire extinguisher demonstration, a practical fire drill, and a Staff Health Insurance Briefing, where employees were updated on their health insurance benefits and claims procedures. The event provided valuable knowledge and practical experience, reinforcing the Company's commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and prepared workplace.

Dato' dr. roslan ahmad cup 

We took part in the MOSVA Futsal Tournament 2025—known as the Dato' Dr. Roslan Ahmad Cup—organized by the Malaysia OSV Owners’ Association (MOSVA). The event brought together teams from various companies in the oil and gas industry, fostering camaraderie and healthy competition among industry peers.

Our team displayed strong teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the matches, reflecting the company’s values both on and off the field. Participation in this event also demonstrates our commitment to promoting health, wellness, and an active lifestyle among our employees, as we believe that a healthy workforce is key to sustained performance and success.

MOSVA-UPL-UMT ENVIRONMENTAL EVENT 

MCSB sponsored and participated in the recent MOSVA-UPL-UMT environmental event, which included a mural painting initiative and various conservation activities. Our sponsorship supported the mural painting project, symbolizing the shared commitment to preserving marine ecosystems.

In addition, we actively joined hands with other participants in meaningful activities such as beach cleaning and the release of crabs and prawns into the sea. These efforts not only contribute to the restoration of marine life but also strengthen our dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

By taking part in and supporting initiatives like this, we reaffirm our responsibility towards environmental stewardship and our role in promoting sustainability within the oil and gas industry and the wider community.

Fire Safety drill & talk 

To reinforce our focus on safety and emergency preparedness, we recently organized a Building Evacuation Drill & Fire Safety Talk for all staff. The event aimed to strengthen our emergency preparedness and ensure that everyone is familiar with proper evacuation procedures in the event of a fire.

We were honored to have Mr. Rueben Teoh, founder of Pertubuhan Pencegahan Kebakaran Kuala Lumpur (PPKKL) as our guest speaker. He shared valuable insights on fire prevention, common electrical fire hazards, and practical steps to take during fire emergencies.  It was an informative and engaging session, ending on a high note with a quiz game that offered staff the opportunity to win exciting prizes.

Health campaign 

As part of our continuous effort in promoting both mental and physical wellness among team members, a Health Campaign event was held in our premise. The day began with a medical health check for staff, followed by an informative session led by a doctor from Megaklinik Zahran on maintaining healthy dietary habits and mental health. 

Two weeks later, the medical team released the results of medical health check and offered individualized advice to staff. This initiative reflects the company's strong commitment to ensure employees' well-being, recognizing that a healthy workforce is key to leading a fulfilling life at home and maintaining productivity in the workplace.

 A MACC officer delivered a talk on Section 17A of the Malaysian -Anti Corruption Commission Act 2009, focusing on Corporate Liability and Anti-Corruption Laws, underscoring the importance of integrity in the workplace and its impact to the society. This dedication reflects the organization's ongoing efforts to build trust, accountability, and a strong foundation for long-term success.

FUTSAL FRIENDLY MATCHES & mosva FUTSAL TOURNAMENT

At Marine Creation, fostering strong relationships with our business partners goes beyond boardroom meetings; it extends to the fields. We believe in nurturing connections through shared experiences. Beyond the thrill of the game, these friendly futsal matches not only strengthens professional bonds but also promotes a healthy lifestyle among our teams. We have played futsal with several business partners, including  E.A Technique (M) Berhad and Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. The opportunity to compete in MOSVA Futsal Tournament 2024 against 15 teams strengthened our teamwork, determination and sportsmanship on the futsal court.

Joining forces on the futsal court also ensures camaraderie and underscores to both business and well-being.

    ESG  &  CSR PROJECT BEACH CLEAN UP

A one-day event of coastal conservation to inculcate environmental awareness, community engagement, sustainable living and also enjoy some team-building in a relaxed outdoor setting. The collective effort with Majlis Daerah Sabak Bernam, KDEB Waste Management and Petronas Chemicals Marketing (Labuan) Ltd. resulted in the removal of plastic waste, discarded items, and other debris that posed a threat to marine life and the overall health of the coastal ecosystem. 

Participants were treated to a well-deserved seafood lunch at Seafood D'Bendang.

HEALTH CAMPAIGN & INTEGRITY BRIEFING 

The day started with an energetic Zumba session, led by an experienced instructor where employees engaged in a lively dance workout, promoting cardiovascular health and setting the tone for an invigorating day ahead. Employees also did a basic health check up and gathered for an insightful talk on mental health awareness by medical experts from Megaklinik Zahran, Bandar Baru Bangi.   

Later on, the campaign focused on Integrity which highlighted on integrity in building trust, fostering a sense of responsibility and contributing to an ethical society, in line with SPRM guidelines.

Family day 2022

This event was held for 3 days and 2 nights for all staff and their family members. The purpose of the event was to show the company's appreciation to its employees and families for their hard work and sacrifice in helping the company grow and sustain its business.

Activities such as Sukaneka, Senamrobik, company dinner and lucky draw were carried out to foster teamwork, persistence and sportsmanship among the staff.

The Company took the opportunity to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri with staff, orphans and the underprivileged children from Rumah Bakti Al-Kausar at Hotel Bangi-Putrajaya, together with Petronas Chemicals Marketing (Labuan) Ltd. (PCML).

Among the activities carried out were Hari Raya buffet banquets and the distribution of donations and gifts to these children.

A 2-day and 1-night event for staff and their families filled with activities such as  sports telematch, lucky draw, experiences at Night Park & Hot Springs and  lunch & dinner buffets.

An avenue for staff to communicate in a less formal setting  for them to get to know each other better, which helps to improve working relationships and to create a more harmonious office environment.

A half day event with the orphans and Muallaf; together with Petronas Chemicals Marketing (Labuan) Ltd. (PCML). 

The purpose of this event was to lend a helping hand to the children while having fun; such as donation of school items, distribution of grocery products and interaction through games.

ORPHANAGE VISIT 

The Company and  Petronas Chemicals Marketing (Labuan) Ltd. (PCML) visited the orphans and underprivileged children at Rumah Kasih Nurul Hasanah, Ampang. 

The children were treated Mc Donald's for lunch, played games with the staff and were given school supplies, in line with the opening of schools at the beginning of the yearly semester.

Spending time to talk and entertain the senior citizens was a gesture to contribute back to the society and as a way to express love and respect to them.

Aid distribution was given in the form of cash assistance and food supplies to the elderly. Our efforts have made a tangible impact on different groups of people in the society, including the elderly.
